  15.                   The Annuity Ace Lite - Program Overview
  16.  
  17. The Annuity Ace is a financial software program designed with ease and
  18. flexibility in mind. It comes complete with a variety of financial tools
  19. for calculating Deferred, Immediate and Split Annuities.  It also contains
  20. Calculators for solving for missing values. Each financial tool contains a
  21. variety of options to allow maximum flexibility.

  23. The Deferred Annuity tool allows variable deposit modes, deposits,
  24. withdrawals, interest rates and compounding methods with or without loads.
  25. Professional reports can be generated with varying detail. Special options
  26. are available to illustrate the time value of compounding, the impact of
  27. taxes on savings, the effect of loads, the effect of inflation, the effect
  28. of obtaining higher interest rate, and the ability to illustrate what is
  29. required to accumulate a target sum of money by a target age.

  31. The Immediate Annuity tool allows variable payout modes and compounding 
  32. methods.  Professional schedules are produced.  A Split Annuity option
  33. is available that produces both a professional schedule and chart.

  35. Illustrations can be viewed on the screen or sent to a printer or a file.
  36. The Annuity Ace is a menu driven program that also contains an on-line
  37. manual and individual help for each input to allow the user to easily 
  38. navigate and understand the program.  Information can be saved and
  39. retrieved.  The Annuity Ace provides several miscellaneous configuration
  40. options for setting the program up to your individual liking.

  91.   The following is a list of features found in the "Professional" version of
  92.   the Annuity Ace which are not found in the "Lite" version.

  94.    * Contains the ability to add a client name to the illustration.

  96.    * Contains the ability to add an agent name to the illustration.

  98.    * Contains the ability to add 3 permanent header lines and 3 permanent
  99.      footer lines.  These can be used for company name, address, phone
  100.      number or anything.

  102.    * Contains the ability to add additional footnotes to appear on all pages
  103.      or just on the last page of an illustration.

  105.    * Contains the ability to turn bolding on or off for illustration totals,
  106.      headers and footers.

  115.      of these options can be set and will be saved so that these options
  116.      are the default options every time that the program is run.
